WARRIOR MINDSET TRAINING program is dedicated to assisting athletes in reaching their peak performance. By addressing various psychological demands, such as anxiety management, confidence building, stress management, and critical thinking in their respective sport, we equip athletes with the necessary tools to excel. Additionally, we understand the importance of maintaining positive relationships with others, which is why our program also offers guidance on managing interpersonal connections throughout the course. With our comprehensive approach, athletes can enhance their mental resilience and overall performance, enabling them to achieve their athletic goals.

Bibaswan's Journey

With 20 years of tennis playing experience and 10 years of coaching experience, I have honed my skills both on and off the court. As a player, I reached the top 10 in the junior category in India and the top 30 in the Men's category. I also have 5 years of experience playing professional tennis, competing in league matches in Germany. Additionally, I have been training athletes in mental preparation for 4 years, working with individuals from India, the US, and Spain. As a coach, I have successfully coached 50 top 10 players in various categories in India. I served as the Head Coach at SAT sports academy for 3 years, followed by 3 years as the Head Coach at TAMS Academy. My expertise lies in tracking individuals' progress, providing mental training, and improving tennis fitness. I hold a BSc in Computer Science from St. Xavier's College - Kolkata, a diploma in Sports Psychology, and I am a USTA Certified Tennis Coach. Currently, I am pursuing an M.S. in Psychology.
